ABSTRAK
Evaluasi program ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas program pelatihan keterampilan Tata Busana yang diselenggarakan oleh LKP Mandiri dengan mengakses program PKK sesuai dengan Standar Kelulusan yang ditargetkan Pemerintah. Evaluasi program ini dilaksanakan melalui Uji Kompetensi Tata Busana yang diselenggarakan LSK Tata Busana pada TUK ISMIA Karanganyar, Jawa Tengah. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi, penilaian, dan dokumentasi. Evaluasi program PKK melalui Uji kompetensi Tata busana ini menggunakan Rubrik Penilaian yang diterbitkan oleh LSK Tata Busana edisi Revisi 8 September 2020. Peserta uji kompetensi sejumlah 60 orang dengan materi ujian praktik selama 5 jam. Unit kompetensi yang diujikan yaitu: (1) Mampu melakukan pekerjaan menjahit busana dengan alat jahit tangan dan mesin jahit mono fungsi sesuai standar menjahit, (2) Mampu mempresentasikan hasil busana yang telah dijahit sesuai dengan keinginan pelanggan dengan rapi melalui proses penyetrikaan, pelipatan dan pengepakan, dan (3) Mampu melakukan pekerjaan menjahit busana dan pemeliharaan alat jahit dengan menerapkan prinsip kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja (K3) dalam lingkungan kerja. Hasil Uji Kompetensi terdapat 50 orang dinyatakan kompeten dan 10 orang dinyatakan tidak kompeten. Dengan demikian 83% peserta dinyatakan Kompeten dalam Uji Kompetensi sehingga target pelaksanaan program PKK minimal 70 % dari peserta program PKK kompeten dapat terwujud.

ABSTRACT
The evaluation of this program aims to determine the quality of the Dressmaking skills training program organized by LKP Mandiri by accessing the PKK program in accordance with the graduation standards targeted by the Government. The evaluation of this program is carried out through the Fashion Design Competency Test held by the LSK for Dressmaking at TUK ISMIA Karanganyar, Central Java. The methods used are observation, assessment, and documentation. The evaluation of the PKK program through the Dressmaking competency test uses the Assessment Rubric published by the Revised edition of the Fashion Design LSK on September 8 2020. The competency units tested are: (1) Able to carry out clothing sewing work with hand sewing tools and a mono function sewing machine according to sewing standards, (2) Able to present the results of clothes that have been sewn according to customer wishes neatly through the ironing, folding and packing processes , and (3) Able to perform clothing sewing and maintenance of sewing tools by applying the principles of occupational health and safety (K3) in the work environment. Results of the Competency Test, there were 50 people declared competent and 10 people declared incompetent. Thus 83% of participants were declared Competent in the Competency Test so that the PKK program implementation target of at least 70% of competent PKK program participants could be realized. 3. Author Online Use
- Personal Servers. Authors and/or their employers shall have the right to post the accepted version of articles pre-print version of the article, or revised personal version of the final text of the article (to reflect changes made in the peer review and editing process) on their own personal servers or the servers of their institutions or employers without permission from RCEPM-LIPI, provided that the posted version includes a prominently displayed RCEPM-LIPI copyright notice and, when published, a full citation to the original publication, including a link to the article abstract in the journal homepage. Authors shall not post the final, published versions of their papers;
- Classroom or Internal Training Use. 4. Articles in Press (AiP) service

5. Author/Employer Rights
If you are employed and prepared the article on a subject within the scope of your employment, the copyright in the article belongs to your employer as a work-for-hire.
